Refund policy

We offer a limited-period 'no quibble' returns policy for products sold on our Online Shop. Either follow the instructions below or contact ecommerce@mytonhospices.org

UK items must be returned within 28 days.

You will receive an email once your return has been processed, although the funds may take a few more days to appear in your bank account.

How to Return an item:

For a refund, items must be returned within 28 days of purchase unused and with the original packaging.

Please include your name and order number with the returned item(s) and the reason for the return.

We recommend you send your returned item(s) via an insured carrier, such as Royal Mail Recorded delivery as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.  Return costs are non refundable.

We also suggest you keep proof of posting or send via a tracked service.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will start the refund process.  You will receive a full refund, including the cost of delivering the goods to you. Refunds are made via the method of payment for the original purchase. Please allow seven to ten working days for the refund to be returned to your account.  An email from ecommerce@mytonhospice.org will be sent to keep you updated on progress.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Donations...

Please note that we cannot offer a refund for any item where a suggested donation was made We are unable to return/refund any donation made with any order, even if the items purchased have been approved for return as this is an optional payment and not a payment for an item.
